We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Social Media Manager to execute Kelly Wearstler’s social media strategy across all platforms. This role will manage day-to-day content operations, optimize performance through data-driven decision-making, and drive revenue through affiliate integrations and strategic content execution. You will oversee execution across all Kelly Wearstler social platforms - including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Substack (WEARSTLERWORLD), and affiliate commerce integrations - while collaborating closely with our content producer, creative team, and cross-functional partners in PR, E-commerce, and Partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who is both creative and analytical - someone who can execute compelling content strategies while continuously optimizing based on performance data to drive measurable growth and revenue. The ideal candidate is AI-forward, with strong literacy in AI tools and a passion for leveraging technology to drive efficiency and innovation. Responsibilities

Content Execution & Calendar Management Execute social content strategy across all platforms Manage day-to-day content calendar, ensuring consistent posting, pacing, and brand storytelling Oversee content planning for: Instagram (@kellywearstler and @shopkwearstler), TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Substack (WEARSTLERWORLD promotional content) Write and edit all captions in Kelly’s voice—clear, confident, intelligent, and editorial Direct content producer on daily shooting and editing priorities Collaborate with internal and external creatives (photographers, videographers, designers, editors) to produce platform-specific content Create and optimize Stories, Reels, carousels, video, and emerging formats based on performance data Prepare content for Kelly Wearstler’s review and approval, ensuring an efficient workflow Analytics, Reporting & Optimization

Track and analyze social performance across platforms, translating data into actionable insights Create and deliver: Weekly performance snapshots with key takeaways and recommendations Monthly reports with KPIs, growth trends, and optimization strategies Monitor engagement, reach, saves, clicks, conversions, and revenue attribution (Substack, affiliate, e-commerce) Continuously test and optimize content formats, posting times, and platform tactics based on performance data Use analytics to drive tactical decisions and improve results Identify trends and opportunities to improve performance Revenue & Commerce Integration

Execute affiliate strategy through ShopMy platform (targeting $100K+ annual revenue) Manage daily ShopMy link updates, product tagging, and storefront optimization Create conversion-focused social content for affiliate and e-commerce products Support Substack promotional content and subscriber growth initiatives Track and report on revenue impact of social initiatives Collaborate with E-commerce and Partnerships teams on product storytelling and conversion-driven content Cross-Functional Collaboration

Manage content producer on daily production workflow and priorities Collaborate with Creative team on visual direction and asset selection Coordinate with leadership on campaign execution and priorities Work with PR team on press moment amplification and timing Partner with E-commerce on product storytelling and launches Support Partnerships team on sponsored content execution Participate in weekly and monthly planning meetings to align priorities and timelines Platform Management & Best Practices

Stay current on platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging trends Bring tactical recommendations for new formats, features, and optimization opportunities Manage scheduling and analytics tools efficiently (Dash Social, Sprout, Later, native platform insights) Handle community engagement including DM and comment responses Proactively research, test, and implement AI tools to improve content creation, optimization, and workflow efficiency (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, content generation tools) Use AI for caption refinement, performance analysis, trend identification, and creative ideation Stay ahead of AI innovations in social media and bring recommendations for implementation Ensure the brand remains visually and culturally relevant while maintaining its distinctive voice Requirements

5+ years of experience in social media management, digital content, or related roles Proven track record managing multiple social platforms with measurable results Strong analytical skills with experience using data to optimize content performance Strong AI literacy and hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or similar) for content creation, optimization, and workflow automation Demonstrated appetite for innovation and emerging technology; actively experiments with new tools and platforms Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Substack Experience managing content calendars and coordinating with cross-functional teams Exceptional writing skills with sharp editorial eye and ability to adapt voice and tone Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (Dash Social, Sprout, Later, native insights) Familiarity with affiliate platforms (ShopMy or similar) and e-commerce content strategies is a plus Experience in luxury, design, fashion, or lifestyle brands preferred Collaborative team player who can work effectively with creatives and leadership Comfortable with occasional early morning or evening communication for time-sensitive content approvals Benefits Overview
