The studio is growing and is seeking an Intermediate Interior Designer to join their talented team. This role is ideal for a designer with strong creative and technical skills who is ready to contribute to multifamily residential and hospitality projects while taking on greater responsibility. You will collaborate closely with the interiors team to develop and execute design concepts from initial storyboards through project completion. This position suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being involved in every phase of the design process.
Responsibilities
Develop and refine design concepts
Prepare presentations
Conduct space planning
Create furniture layouts
Select interior finishes and FF&E
Produce construction documentation
Coordinate with vendors and consultants
Qualifications / Ideal Candidate
Strong creative and technical skills
Experience contributing to multifamily residential and hospitality projects
Ability to collaborate with the interiors team and contribute through all project phases
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
