The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for managing and enhancing NurseCon's presence on various social media platforms. Daily tasks include creating, scheduling, and posting engaging social media content, implementing social media marketing strategies, and monitoring analytics to improve performance. The role involves collaborating with team members to develop campaigns and ensure consistent messaging. This is a hybrid position based in Orlando, FL. Qualifications
Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing Strong Communication and Writing skills to craft engaging content Knowledge of Digital Marketing principles and strategies Experience in analyzing social media analytics and refining strategies Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced on-site environment Knowledge of the nursing or healthcare industry is a plus Experience with CapCut, Meta Business Suite, Rella, and other social media tools
