Kate Spade New York is seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team. In this role, you’ll provide essential support across brand marketing, integrated marketing, and marketing operations, helping to drive seamless execution of key initiatives and uphold operational excellence across the organization. Assist in supporting and execution of seasonal marketing requirements, including briefing, routing, and tracking of creative assets for Global, North America, and Licensing to support owned, earned and paid channels. Coordinate with licensing and global partners on deliverables and approvals in partnership with manager. Partner with internal teams including PR/Influence & Social, Media, Production, Creative, Ecommerce, Merchandising, Store Ops, Regional Teams and Licensing to ensure alignment and execution. Attend team meetings and provide follow-up documentation, action items, and status updates. Support and maintain marketing materials and timelines, ensuring cross-functional alignment and timely delivery of assets for licensing and global marketing teams and special projects. Support monthly marketing briefs and go-to-market planning, including documentation and distribution. Support any special projects or initiatives related to collaborations or brand campaigns. Provides support for marketing operations on select projects as needed. Qualifications

2+ years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, or marketing operations; a combination of education and experience will be considered. Excellent organizational, strategic, and project management skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools. Experience in retail, fashion, or consumer brands preferred. A self-starter mentality who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities. $64,350.00 to $70,824.00 annually. This range reflects base pay only; actual pay may vary based on city, county, and state regulations.
