
Overview
MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE. The marketing representative generates patient referrals from various sources including, but not limited to, primary care physicians, internists, family medicine physicians, neurologists, psychiatrists, psychologists, ENT specialists, pulmonologists, cardiologists, pediatricians, oncologists, and dentists.
Reporting requirements: Marketing Manager
Work Hours 40 hours per week
Qualifications Education: College degree preferred
Professional appearance and demeanor; friendly, courteous and personable
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; good computer skills
Effective organizational and time-management skills
Creative, enthusiastic, optimistic, highly driven
Knowledgeable of social media and internet advertising
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Conducts analysis of target market’s preferences and needs
Develops marketing campaign to generate patient referrals
Identifies geographical scope of marketing campaign and profile of target base
Develops projections of potential sales volume from target base
Contributes to the development of marketing and promotional materials in print
Contributes to the development of radio and TV advertising
Participates in the development of the Company’s website and blogs
Organizes promotional activities to increase public awareness of the Company’s services
Builds and maintains effective professional relationships
Instrumental in providing customer feedback on services rendered at the facility
Actively keeps abreast of competitors’ tactics and strategies
In addition, employee must perform any and all other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Physical Demands and Activities
Requires ability to travel extensively to office practices
Requires use of personal computer as well as other basic office equipment
Work Environment In the performance of this job, the employee will mostly spend time in a professional office environment and traveling. The job does not involve direct interactions with patients.
