Candidate will achieve assigned service revenue and capture rate goals. Develop and process service quotations, contracts and negotiations. Provide back up for service contract sales representative. Evaluate equipment reports to determine systems with expiring warranties and contract renewals. Manage teams and conditions negotiations for service contract customers. Manage SAP contract submissions. Cross-functional collaboration and information sharing to achieve financial goals. Bachelors Degree highly preferred. High School education or equivalent required. Candidates will possess 3-5yrs of relevant experience.
The major focus of the work is post sale account maintenance to health care facilities. The product focus is medical devices and ability to understand the use and set up of some data management products. There may be a potential for some type of selling however this will not be the focus of the initial job. The candidate must be customer focused , consultative, have the ability to assess the customer's needs and identify any early warning signs of issues/frustration at the customer level. The person needs to have demonstrated ability in account maintenance in a business to business form. The person needs to be detail oriented, have excellent communication skills(verbal and written) and excellent follow up skills. The person needs to maintain high energy and an outgoing personality with a proven ability to relate to customers in a non face to face environment. a big plus: be familiar using documentation databases and tools - i.e.Sales Force.Com nice to have: any military experience (as some customers are government accounts)
