We are looking for a hungry & driven working student (15-20 hours / week) to join our recruiting team asap, fully remote.
Role Description This is a full-time role for a Werkstudent*in im Sales Recruiting. The position involves:
Sourcing and screening candidates for multiple sales / GTM positions via LinkedIn and other channels
Helping our founder source additional new recruiting projects through targeted outreach
Helping to structure the internal candidate database & internal processes
Helping to automate certain internal processes
Entrepreneurial mindset needed; not afraid to solve problems and take ownership of projects
Qualifications & Requirements
German Speaker + Basic English
Some experience in Recruiting OR in Sales, optimally in both
Currently enrolled university, looking for a job as "Werkstudent*in"
Executer mentality - not being afraid to take on projects
15-20 hours / week - flexible
100% fully remote setup
Work 1-on-1 directly with the CEO & Founder (ex BCG, ex Head of Sales in a VC-backed startup)
Competitive working student pay + success-based bonuses
Extremely flexible working hours - it does not matter at all when you do your work...
