
Inside Sales Account Manager – Intermodal & Drayage

Location: Pasco, Washington (Potential Hybrid)
Pay: $25.00–$30.00 per hour
Compensation Type: Hourly + Quarterly Performance Bonus
Job Summary Great Northwest Transport is seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager to support and grow our intermodal drayage and rail operations in the Pacific Northwest. This role is ideal for a motivated professional interested in inside sales, logistics sales, intermodal transportation, and customer relationship management within an asset-based carrier environment.
Compensation and Bonus Structure
Hourly base pay: $25.00–$30.00 per hour
Bonus opportunity: This position is eligible for a
quarterly performance-based bonus
in addition to hourly pay.
Bonus eligibility and payout are tied to:
Revenue generated
Growth consistency
Bonus amounts vary based on results and are paid in accordance with company guidelines. Bonuses are not guaranteed.

Key Responsibilities
Prospect and develop new customers through outbound calls and digital outreach
Manage inbound sales inquiries
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Drive revenue growth within intermodal drayage and rail services
Support customers with port, rail, and regional freight solutions
Resolve customer and carrier issues efficiently
Deliver professional web-based sales presentations
Work across CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other sales tools
Represent Great Northwest Transport with professionalism and accountability
Qualifications
Highly motivated with a strong interest in cultivating new customer relationships
Intermodal, drayage, logistics, or transportation experience preferred but not required
Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confident negotiator and effective communicator
Self-motivated, dependable, and results-driven
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced sales and logistics environment
Team-oriented with high standards of integrity
Education and Technical Skills
Bachelors degree preferred but not required
Experience with CRM systems, database software, and Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
Ability to perform basic math and rate calculations
