As an Associate Brand Manager, Brand Marketing for the NA business, you will be part of a fast paced team delivering growth for the category. You’ll drive growth strategies and bring breakthrough innovation to life for our customers and consumers.

Responsibilities

Work on a brand team, reporting to the Brand Marketing Director/Manager, to drive profitable growth with P&L ownership.

Develop business and portfolio strategies for key Oral Care or Home Care/Personal Care segments, identifying priorities and workstreams.

Engage with the sales team to provide thought leadership for retailers and drive omnichannel strategies, with a focus on growth via digital commerce.

Provide strategic leadership, motivate and manage a cross-functional team to drive business priorities.

Partner with key SMEs to develop high-impact, integrated marketing campaigns and innovation concepts through clear brand strategies and briefs.

Develop and activate people-centric insights, grounded in culture, customers and data synthesis.

Lead everyday operations, including market share and performance analysis, budget management, forecasting volumes, and facilitating stakeholder communication.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree ideally in Marketing, Finance, Sales or related fields.

6+ years or 4+ years with MBA/Masters of commercial experience, preferably in Marketing or Sales.

Key involvement in Business Analysis, Marketing Plan development, and cross-functional project management.

Compensation and Benefits Salary Range $109,000.00 - $137,000.00 USD. Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits include medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions (subject to eligibility). Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays. Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Details will be provided upon hiring and may be subject to changes in legislation or company policies.
