Nusenda Credit Union is currently seeking a Call Center Lender. In this role, you\'ll be responsible for providing members and potential members with excellent service, in a contact center environment. You will be knowledgeable in all functions and processes regarding transactional and lending operations. You\'ll answer calls, troubleshoot, and resolve member issues, specific to processing of loan applications, and opening memberships. You will identify products and services that align with members’ financial needs. You will be a trusted financial resource to existing and potential members by utilizing a consultative approach to evaluate, educate, and fulfill members’ financial needs.
Responsibilities
Assist members with financial needs through a consultative-based approach.
Identify and educate members on value-added products/services to meet individual needs.
Responsible for opening and closing accounts/memberships, consumer loans (excluding home equity loan products), and answering questions about products and services.
Conduct basic transactions and problem resolution within authority; understand when escalation to a supervisor is appropriate.
Effectively process and support online lending applications and membership needs through virtual delivery channels.
Demonstrate expertise with Meridianlink, Qualifile, and XP2 navigation.
Qualifications
Three to five years
of similar or related experience in lending operations.
Availability to work Monday–Friday from 9:15 AM–6:00 PM with a rotating Saturday schedule.
