As an
Account Manager with Joffe State Farm Agency , you will work directly with customers to understand what matters to them, identify risks, and recommend coverage that actually fits. You’ll manage relationships, guide conversations, and take ownership of outcomes—from first call to long-term retention. This role is ideal for someone who’s comfortable leading conversations, building trust, and delivering results without pressure tactics. Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support retention and growth Conduct policy reviews and recommend appropriate coverage changes Handle and resolve complex customer concerns with professionalism and urgency Explain and sell insurance products clearly to new and existing customers Follow up consistently and take ownership of customer outcomes Qualifications
Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals Comfortable initiating sales conversations and handling objections Organized, accountable, and customer-focused Why Join Us
