Fuel Sales Representative
- Position Overview The Fuel Sales Representative will grow and manage fuel sales across an assigned territory. This role focuses on developing new business, maintaining existing customer relationships, and driving volume and margin growth in retail, commercial, agricultural, and/or wholesale fuel markets.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with commercial, agricultural, and retail fuel customers
Prospect and secure new fuel accounts within assigned territory
Manage pricing, contracts, and margin performance
Coordinate fuel deliveries with operations and logistics teams
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM updates, and sales reports
Resolve customer issues and provide high-level service support
Qualifications
Previous experience in fuel sales, energy sales, or related B2B sales preferred
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Knowledge of fuel markets, pricing structures, and logistics is a plus
Valid driver's license required
Preferred Experience
Experience selling bulk fuel, ag fuel, or commercial fuel accounts
Familiarity with rack pricing, margins, and contract pricing
Existing industry relationships a plus
