Taylor Ultimate Services is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Outside Sales Representative to grow our presence across Southwest Florida, covering a territory from
Marco Island to Sarasota . This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with B2B sales experience and a strong interest in foodservice equipment. Preference will be given to candidates with backgrounds in foodservice sales, hospitality management, and/or on-premise wine and spirits sales.
Position Overview As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business, managing customer relationships, and delivering solutions that drive measurable ROI for foodservice operators.
Products & Market Core Products : Frozen dessert equipment, frozen beverage equipment, and grills
Target Customers:
Restaurants, convenience stores, resorts, country clubs, coffee shops, ice cream shops, and other foodservice and hospitality establishments
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and build relationships with customers throughout the assigned territory
Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate equipment solutions
Present financial and operational ROI benefits to decision-makers
Generate leads independently while leveraging company-provided support
Maintain and manage sales activity using CRM tools
Demonstrate strong follow-up and pipeline management skills
Attend meetings, demonstrations, and customer events as needed, including evenings or weekends
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of outside B2B sales experience (large-ticket or capital equipment preferred)
Must reside in Lee, Collier, or Charlotte County
Strong knowledge of the local territory and ability to self-generate leads
CRM experience preferred
Proven relationship-building and consultative selling skills
Reliable transportation
Background check and drug test required
Base salary plus
uncapped commission
Quarterly performance
