Responsibilities
Answering online leads and calls
Generating and manage leads
Making outbound calls
Make appointments for guests to view vehicles
Logging customer details and comments in our system.
Maintaining thorough, up-to-date knowledge of our products.
Treat all guests with courtesy and respect.
Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Maintaining contact with customers to ensure they are happy with our service.
Ensuring potential guests are aware of any promotions.
Communicating with sales staff, sales managers, and General manager
Assisting with various other tasks at the dealership.
Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal skills
Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
Experience with a CRM
Ability to follow company policies and procedures
Friendly, enthusiasm, with a positive "team-player" attitude
Prior internet sales, BDC, or related experience a plus
Self-motivated and goal oriented
