B2B SaaS
Customer Success and/or Account Manager experience
Enterprise-level clients - working directly with executive leadership
Deploying software - main POC working with internal tech team
Servant leader ensuring 100% at all times
Hyper detailed, presents well, flawless execution
Tech background is nice to have
No C2C
Responsibilities
Deploy software as the primary point of contact working with the internal tech team
Collaborate across departments to ensure successful delivery
Represent the client and drive successful outcomes with executive stakeholders
Qualifications
Experience in Customer Success and/or Account Management
Experience with enterprise-level clients and working with executive leadership
Strong communication and presentation skills
Technical background is a plus
