The Role We’re hiring a Regional Sales Account Manager to grow and support a network of automotive aftermarket dealers. This is a relationship-focused role centered on account growth, dealer engagement, and long-term partnerships.
You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure dealers receive timely support, clear communication, and consistent follow-through.
What You’ll Do
Manage and grow existing dealer accounts
Identify growth opportunities and improve product adoption
Educate dealers on products through calls, training, and visits
Re-engage underperforming accounts and resolve blockers
Develop new dealer relationships within assigned markets
Travel monthly for dealer visits and trade shows
Maintain clean activity and pipeline visibility
Qualifications
B2B sales or account management experience
Automotive aftermarket familiarity
Strong follow-up, organization, and communication skills
Comfortable selling technical products
Willingness to travel monthly
Health, dental, and vision
Paid time off
This role is full-time and onsite.
The annual salary for this position
is between $65,000 – 75,000 (Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.)
