Responsibilities

Gain insurance agent self-sufficiency by collaborating with your mentor on confidence and skill-building

Drive sales among potential clients by making phone calls, composing text messages, and sending emails regularly

Generate accurate insurance quotes by leveraging accurate data, customer information, and available insurance rates

Maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities for financial products by treating each client contact as an opportunity to generate new and continued business

Meet established new business production objectives to further the agency’s overall financial goals

Handle customer inquiries

Sell and solicit/provide information about the products and services

Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns

Document and update customer records based on interactions

Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications

One year minimum sales experience preferred

Proven leadership and communication skills

Excellent at building rapport and relationships with people

Successful completion of a background check is required

Candidates must have or be willing to get Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance licenses

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields

Ability to build rapport with clients

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Positive and professional demeanor

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must be willing to obtain an Insurance License

Compensation $45,000-$60,000 per year
