The Account Manager Role If an account manager and a marketing director had a baby, this role would be it. The Account Manager
owns the client relationship and account success after the sale . It encompasses client strategy, project management, and team coordination to ensure excellence in delivery of our services.
You will manage a book of monthly retainer clients, ensuring strategy is clear, execution is on track, and communication is proactive so that clients feel like we are a true member of their team. Your success is measured by
client retention, upsell revenue, client satisfaction, and completion of timely deadlines and deliverables.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys creating innovative ideas aligned with strategic goals, building meaningful relationships, and bringing order to complexity.
Your Day to Day
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of AIO/SEO, paid ads, and website retainer clients
Build deep relationships with client stakeholders and understand their goals, KPIs, and success metrics
Lead onboarding for new clients in partnership with sales and delivery teams
Translate client goals into clear strategic direction and priorities for internal teams
Host recurring client calls including reporting and strategy discussions
Proactively identify risks, opportunities, and upsell or expansion opportunities
Project & Delivery Management
Own timelines, deliverables, and scope for all assigned accounts
Work closely with the SEO and creative (copywriting, UX/UI, development) teams to ensure work is delivered on time and to Unframed Digital’s standards
Maintain clear workflows and documentation in Asana
Manage scope creep and set clear, confident boundaries with clients
What Success Looks Like
Clients feel informed, supported, and confident in Unframed Digital
Projects move forward smoothly with minimal issues/red lights
Internal teams are clear on priorities and expectations
Retention is strong and accounts grow over time
You are seen as a trusted strategic partner by both clients and teammates
You reach or exceed weekly KPIs/measureables
What You Bring to the Table
You have
1-3 years of experience
in account management, marketing management, or in a client success role (agency experience strongly preferred).
Experience with digital marketing and marketing strategy is a necessity.
You have the ability to analyze data and apply learnings, ask probing questions and think strategically to create an ideal solution for the client. Experience in Google Analytics, LookerStudio, and Google Tag Manager is preferred.
You have the strategic mindset of a marketing manager/director and understand client goals, audiences and channels to drive strategic growth.
You are comfortable managing and working in tools like Asana, Slack, and CRMs.
You have emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate client dynamics with confidence and tact.
You are excellent at managing priorities, hitting deadlines, multi-tasking and adapting.
We do not require a higher level of education including a bachelor’s degree. If you got what it takes and you have demonstrated experience, we want to hear from you.

What We Offer
Fully remote work with flexible structure
Competitive salary ($60,000–$75,000 DOE)
7 paid holidays plus one week off between December 24th and January 2nd
