We are seeking a dynamic, results driven HVAC Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales team! About the Role

As a HVAC Sales Manager, you will drive revenue growth, manage client relationships, and build a high-performing sales team in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning industry. Key Responsibilities

Lead Sales Team:

Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets Revenue Growth:

Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and achieve aggressive sales goals Client Management:

Build and maintain relationships with commercial and/or residential clients; manage key accounts Sales Operations:

Manage sales pipelines, forecast accurately, and monitor KPIs and performance metrics Territory Management:

Oversee assigned territories; identify new business opportunities and expansion areas Product Knowledge:

Maintain expertise in HVAC systems, equipment, and industry trends Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports; analyze performance data and adjust strategies accordingly Compliance:

5+ years of HVAC sales experience (2+ years in a management/supervisory role preferred) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Leadership ability with experience managing teams Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Valid driver's license with reliable transportation Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience) Why Choose Us
