Overview
The Inside Sales Supervisor leads, develops, and motivates the Inside Sales team to attract new customers and drive revenue growth within the U.S. market. Location: Greater Tampa Bay
In This Role You Will:
Supervise, coach, and mentor Inside Sales Specialists to achieve individual and team performance goals Assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of responsibilities Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one development sessions Provide performance feedback, manage evaluations, and address performance issues when needed Ideal Skills/Knowledge:
BA/BS, or higher preferred in chemistry or related STEM studies. 3 + years experience in sales, ideally inside sales 1 + years experience supervising people Excellent interpersonal skills Knowledge of analytical chemistry or biochemistry applications is a plus What To Expect:
