Job Summary We are seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to play a crucial role in enhancing the productivity of the sales team by managing customer appointments, ensuring the availability of up-to-date support materials, and handling urgent communications. This position involves providing administrative and specialized operational support to sales representatives and teams, assisting with the selling and closing of products in line with sales goals.
Responsibilities
Help the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
Handle urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable; answer customer queries; inform them of delays; and arrange install dates.
Ensure order coordination, verification, and corrections are completed within defined service level agreements.
Provide administrative and specialized operational support to sales representatives and/or sales teams to assist with the selling and closing of products in accordance with sales goals as specified by leadership.
Work closely with Sales Managers, Sales Representatives and other field personnel by assisting with increasing knowledge and awareness among sales team members on the tools and resources available as support through effective communication, education and training.
Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing and other cross-functional support departments across the organization.
Use basic communication skills to address internal and/or external clients and/or team members.
Work with the sales team to ensure customer orders are processed appropriately.
Meet defined scorecard productivity/quality metrics.
Navigate through multiple systems to build, track, and monitor orders.
Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend solutions.
Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary.
Manage the Direct Sales Support mailbox (evening coverage from 5-9, time-zone differences, and weekend coverage).
Facilitate all front-line escalations and route them to the proper channel (reschedules, credits, construction, etc.).
Assist the Manager of Sales Support and Enablement to assign turf and maintain the turf tracker.
Assist in updating and maintaining all other direct sales trackers.
Conduct monthly Quality Assurance checks.
Track status of incentives and special initiatives.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Education and Experience Requirements: An associate degree in a related field (preferred) or a high school diploma or equivalent (required). Minimum of two (2) years of direct experience as a sales coordinator or in an administration role.
Able to work in-office 5 days per week (Tuesday - Saturday, 10a - 7p).
Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration may be advantageous.
Good team development and leadership skills.
Excellent computer literacy.
Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations a plus.

Physical and Environmental Requirements The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. While performing the duties of the job, the associate is required on a daily basis to analyze and interpret data, communicate, and remain in a stationary position for a significant amount of the workday and frequently access, input, and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices. The associate is regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus. The associate must frequently move up to 10 pounds and occasionally move up to 25 pounds.
