
Farm and Ranch-Account Executive/Broker Specialist I

Aon is looking for a Farm and Ranch-Account Executive/Broker Specialist for our Private Risk Management Group. This is a virtual position that can be located anywhere in the United States. What the day will look like
An emerging team member who is responsible for assisting a team of Account Executives with day-to-day account management and broking of personal insurance programs.
Supports the Account Executive by working to build, expand, and solidify relationships with existing clients and prospective clients.
Promotes the value that Aon delivers to clients through superior service, pricing, consultation, and reporting.
Assist with new business and remarketing of equine, farm, and ranch insurance programs for current clients.
Updating applications within our agency management system, quoting online with insurers, and completing coverage comparisons or proposals for the Account Executives in Microsoft Word or Excel.
Prepare and input summary of coverages for Account Executives.
Prepare and maintain summary of values for Account Executives.
Assist with conducting annual reviews for clients.
Process changes and endorsements within 48 hours of receipt. The time service standard: returning a phone call within 24 hours and responding to emails by the end of the day.
Assist the Account Executive with complex claim activity, including contacting claims adjusters when necessary.
Assisting the Account Executive with client billing issues, including contacting the carrier and/or internal accounting team to coordinate, track, resolve billing/payment issues.
Access carrier websites/systems to process changes, retrieve documents and information as required.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
Minimum of 3 years experience with high-network personal lines insurance.
Experience with complex equine or farm and ranch accounts a plus.
Experience with Nexsure is preferred.
Proficiency in applying carrier management platforms (American Reliable, Chubb Agribusiness, Travelers Agribusiness, etc.).
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience is preferred.
Valid P&C license.
AFIS, CPRIA, CPCU, CIC, or ARM completed or in process is preferred.
