You'll Do: Identify and reach out to businesses needing staffing andrecruiting services Build strong client relationships and understand hiring needs Present and promote Taj Staffing services Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing Collaborate with recruiters to ensure client satisfaction Grow your pipeline and expand our client base What Were Looking For: Confidence in reaching out to new clients (phone, email, social media) Prior sales or staffing experience is a plus, but not required Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently Ability to manage leads and follow-ups A passion for helping businesses grow through great talent What We Offer: 100% commission-based, unlimited earning potential High commission percentages Flexible schedule (work from anywhere!)
