Texas Boutique Realty – Nassau Bay, TX A high-performance real estate brokerage serving the Houston Bay Area. Position
Licensed Inside Sales Agent (ISA)
to join our in-office sales floor in Nassau Bay. This is a high-energy, phone-based position focused on converting inbound and outbound real estate leads into qualified buyer and seller appointments. This is NOT a remote role. This is a structured, in-office sales environment with daily coaching, accountability, and consistent lead flow. If you are licensed, competitive, and want a real growth path in real estate, this position is built for you. Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to buyer and seller leads (REDX, internet leads, investor pipeline, property management referrals) Qualify prospects and set appointments for listing and buyer consultations Follow up consistently using Follow Up Boss CRM Work daily call blocks on the Texas Boutique Realty sales floor Maintain accurate notes and pipeline updates Hit daily call, contact, and appointment KPIs Participate in daily training, coaching, and roleplay Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Active Texas Real Estate License Full-time availability Comfortable making 100+ calls per day Willing to work in-office daily in Nassau Bay Coachable, competitive, and goal-driven Strong communication skills Compensation
