Execute training initiatives to deliver value to National Accounts through various tasks, including training, troubleshooting, and market research Maximize unit and gross profit within assigned accounts Serve as a liaison for account areas to address opportunities and resolve issues Analyze data on service drives and store performance using CRM and Tableau Conduct continuous skills training for account sales and store personnel What is Required (Qualifications)
4-year degree or applicable employment experience Minimum of 5 years of account management, growth, and retention experience Proven ability in account technical training and mentoring Strong understanding of in-store processes and sales enablement Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence others How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in Challenger Sales and implementation Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and develop solutions Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Experience using CRM and Tableau for reporting and decision-making We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
