What will you be doing?
Partnership:
Provides support and works closely Senior Designers, Designers and cross-functional partners. Collaborate closely with development teamsto build product with innovative materials and consumer function in mind.
Lead:
Support in the design process with thumbnailing, sketching, tech-pack building. Be able to quickly update sketches with hand of VB product. Bring together management’s visions to effectively capture the brand's essence.
Create:
Create spec sheets and tech packs for manufacturing teams.
Maintain:
Maintain knowledge of current and future trends through strong market research skills, and cultural media awareness.

Qualifications that make you the perfect fit!
Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field preferred
2+ years design experience in footwear, fashion, or related industry
Strong sketching skills on Procreate.
Preferred specialization in contemporary fashion and dress footwear design.
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate.
Tech Pack creation and prototype correction experience
Logistics and coordination of sample and swatch management.
