Work with your home base in Hickory, Kentucky, serving clients nationwide
Manage a portfolio of plumbing-focused B2B accounts
Use your industry knowledge to bring in new dealers, distributors, and contractors
Represent MRCOOL’s plumbing products with a focus on tanked and tankless water heaters
Guide customers through product selection, sizing, and applications
Maintain regular contact with your accounts to ensure continued success
Track sales activities and manage your pipeline in the company CRM
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and delivery

3–5+ years of experience in plumbing sales or B2B account management
A current book of business in the plumbing industry is strongly preferred
Familiarity with tanked and tankless water heater systems
Ability to work independently and maintain strong client relationships
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tracking
Up-to-date understanding of plumbing codes, systems, and market trends
