Responsibilities

Greet customers and identify their needs through professional consultations

Present vehicles and demonstrate features, benefits, and technology

Guide customers through the full purchasing process, from test drive to delivery

Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email to build lasting client relationships

Negotiate sales terms and close transactions ethically and effectively

Complete all required sales documentation accurately and on time

Attend sales meetings and ongoing training sessions

Qualifications

Proven success in automotive sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑first mindset

Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long‑term client relationships

Strong negotiation and closing skills, with attention to ethical sales practices

Comfortable using CRM systems, digital tools, and dealership software

Prior experience with Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, or Ram brands is a plus, but not required

Willingness to attend ongoing training and adapt to changing product lines and sales techniques

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre‑employment drug screen.
