
Business Analyst (Enterprise Asset Management – KloudGin City and Municipal Impl

Responsibilities
Work closely with city stakeholders, utility departments, and public works teams to gather, analyze, and document business processes and requirements for EAM (linear and vertical) implementations. Provide subject matter expertise on asset management, work management, and permitting processes commonly used by cities and municipalities. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring smooth adoption of KloudGin EAM. Create functional documentation including business process maps, use cases, test scripts, and user guides. Map existing processes to KloudGin’s modern cloud platform. Translate requirements into functional specifications for KloudGin configuration and integrations. Support gap analysis between current workflows and target system functionality. Collaborate with solution architects, technical consultants, and developers to ensure business needs are met. Assist with change management, data migration validation, and system rollout support. Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to project management and stakeholders. Required Qualifications
5+ years hands-on experience with CityWorks, implementing or supporting cities and municipalities. Strong understanding of city public works, utilities, asset management, and permitting workflows. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in enterprise software implementations. Excellent skills in gathering and documenting requirements, detailed process mapping, and story boarding. Strong communication and facilitation skills and the ability to engage with both business users and technical teams. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment while clearly and consistently communicating within organizations. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with multiple common city and municipal platforms such as CityWorks, Tyler Munis, OpenGov, Nexgen EAM, Hexagon, and Maximo. Exposure to multiple utilities (water, gas, electric) and public works projects. Familiarity with SaaS/ Cloud implementations. Knowledge of and experience integrating with Esri GIS (ArcGIS), financial systems, or permitting systems. What We Offer
