
Parts Specialist – HVAC/R

Shift: 7:30am–4:30pm or 8:00am–5:00pm
Salary: $55,000–$65,000 per year
Our client, a leading commercial refrigeration and kitchen equipment service provider, is hiring a Parts Specialist to support their Planned Maintenance Program.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in commercial appliance repair who’s ready to move into a fast-paced, detail-oriented support position.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and source parts for commercial kitchen equipment
Support customers and technicians by phone and email
Review Planned Maintenance reports and technician notes
Generate quotes and written proposalsVerify part numbers, pricing, and availability
Interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals
Collaborate with sales, service, and warehouse teams
Help maintain inventory accuracy and organization
Qualifications
Experience in commercial appliance repair or parts sales
Strong technical knowledge of equipment and components
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective verbal and written communication
Proficient with databases and order systems
Physically able to lift and move heavy parts as needed
High school diploma or equivalent required
