Role Description This full‑time, on‑site role based in Las Vegas, NV, focuses on e‑waste business development. Responsibilities include identifying potential business opportunities, generating leads, conducting market research, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing excellent customer service. The role will also involve implementing strategies to expand business operations and promote the organization’s mission to uplift blind and visually impaired individuals through impactful programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with commercial clients, manufacturers, IT departments, asset managers, and public‑sector organizations

Build and manage a strong pipeline of revenue‑generating accounts

Develop long‑term relationships with customers, partners, and referral sources

Collaborate with operations and leadership on pricing, proposals, and service offerings

Represent the organization at industry events, networking functions, and sustainability forums

Track sales activity, market trends, and competitor positioning to support growth strategies

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends and business opportunities.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with clients and presenting information effectively.

Proficiency in lead generation and market research to identify and explore new opportunities for business development.

Customer service experience with a focus on building and maintaining positive relationships.

Organizational and time‑management skills to meet deadlines and achieve targets effectively.

Experience in e‑waste management, sustainability, or related industries is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred

Experience in electronics recycling, IT asset disposition (ITAD), environmental services, or related industries

Familiarity with commercial, government, or enterprise clients

Knowledge of data security, asset recovery, or recycling compliance standards
