Business Development Specialist

to join our team in Florida, USA.

Key Responsibilities

Expand client base through account management.

Promote and sell devices and consumables.

Provide business growth support (treatment menu optimization, events).

Collaborate with internal teams for installations and training.

Ensure fast responses and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

2+ years of B2B sales experience (ideally in aesthetics, beauty, or medical wellness).

Proven success with medical clinics, med-spas, or beauty centers.

Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Force Manager) and Mapsly.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Target-driven and self-motivated.

Willingness to travel (valid driver’s license required).

Fluent in English (spoken & written).

Existing industry network is a strong advantage.
