Answer customers' questions about products, prices, and availability. Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests. Estimate or quote prices and delivery dates. Consult with clients after sales to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support. Prepare order forms. Provide customers with product samples and catalogues. Perform administrative duties, such as manage showroom, assist with production and manufacturing, keeping sales records, and processing orders. Check stock levels and reorder merchandise as necessary. Plan, assemble, and stock product displays in showroom. Make recommendations to retailers regarding product displays, promotional programs, and advertising. Assist customers with orders, returns, and out-of-stock inventory. Hours
Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm; off Saturday and Sunday. Qualifications
Experience: 24 months of experience as a Sales Representative or Customer Service Representative. Education: None. How to Apply
