We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager to help us tell better customer and product stories, publish consistently, and drive growth through content that works.

Role Description Ludus is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to lead content strategy and execution. This role creates content that helps prospects understand Ludus, helps customers adopt it, and supports revenue. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll plan, create, and optimize content that attracts, educates, and converts audiences through strong storytelling, SEO, and performance insights.

This is an individual contributor role with a strong writing focus and full ownership of execution. We’re looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or the performing arts. You’ll own the full content lifecycle, from planning through reporting, ensuring every asset supports business goals and reaches the right audience at the right time.

What You’ll Be Doing

Owning the content calendar and publishing weekly

Writing blogs, product education content, customer Spotlights, and emails

Interviewing customers and internal teams to capture stories and outcomes

Planning and optimizing SEO content (keywords, on-page updates)

Supporting campaigns with copy for landing pages, launches, ads, and CTAs

Tracking performance in HubSpot and improving content over time

Traits we're looking for

5+ years of content marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or a product-led company

Strong writing skills across blogs, product education content, customer stories, and email

Experience owning an editorial calendar and publishing on a consistent cadence

Solid SEO fundamentals (keyword research, on-page optimization, search intent)

Comfortable writing conversion-focused copy (landing pages, CTAs, ads, campaign emails)

Organized and self-directed, able to manage priorities and deliver consistently

Uses HubSpot to track performance and improve content over time

Strong collaborator who can work across sales, marketing, product, and customer teams

BONUS Qualifications

Experience writing product-led content for a SaaS company (launches, feature updates, adoption content)

Comfortable interviewing customers and turning conversations into strong stories

Familiarity with HubSpot, GA4, and content reporting

Experience writing conversion copy for campaigns (landing pages, ads, nurture emails)

Salary Range: $70k-$90k

Hours: Full-Time

Location: Hybrid - West Michigan
