Key responsibilities include building brand awareness, providing exceptional customer service, supporting marketing initiatives to attract and retain travelers, and acting as a key point of contact while maintaining a positive and professional image for the company.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑focused attitude
Experience or capability in Brand Ambassadorship and Brand Awareness development
Exceptional skills in Customer Service and Communication
Ability to build strong relationships and represent the brand professionally
Energetic, positive, and passionate about travel and hospitality
Proven ability to work effectively in an on‑site team environment
Previous experience in marketing, sales, or hospitality is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field is beneficial
