A Marketing Agency is seeking Creative Directors to support a diverse mix of clients across B2B, entertainment, and CPG brands. Projects vary in scope and pace, ranging from rapid-turn pitch and RFP work to longer-term creative assignments. This role is ideal for a conceptually driven creative leader with a strong command of art direction, design, and narrative, who can quickly establish a point of view while also sustaining creative momentum over time. Pay: $115/hr - $200/hr (commensurate on candidate experience) Key Responsibilities Lead creative concepting and storytelling across brand, experiential, and campaign-based initiatives Develop high-level creative directions, visual systems, and design frameworks Contribute to and lead RFP responses, including concept decks and presentation materials Partner closely with strategy, account, and production teams to align creative vision with business objectives Provide hands-on art direction and design oversight across all deliverables Present creative ideas clearly and confidently to internal teams and client stakeholders Adapt quickly to varying brand categories, timelines, and project scopes Qualifications Background in art direction, conceptual design, and creative leadership Experience across one or more of the following categories: B2B, entertainment, sports or CPG brands Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and executed creative work Comfort working across both short-term RFP engagements and longer-term projects Availability to work part-time or full-time based on project needs Senior-level candidates should have experience leading teams and owning creative vision end-to-end Please submit your resume & portfolio for consideration.
