We are looking for a polished individual with great energy, who enjoys working with the geriatric population and can provide a great customer service experience while using discretion at all times.
This is a full-time position with benefits and company perks.
Clear and confident speaking voice
Must be able to communicate fluently in English, both orally and in written communication.
Have excellent follow-up skills
Actively greet and welcome all new arrivals with warmth and kindness
Meet with residents on a daily basis
Must be alert and attention to details, situations, and emergencies
Tour the facility to prospective residents and family members
Respond to all residents, family members, and team members’ requests in a polite, professional, and timely fashion.
Report any issues or concerns to the Administrator in a timely manner.
Requirements 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a health care setting.
