Schell Brothers Richmond Division is looking for an experienced, energetic, and positive Community Sales Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities As a Community Sales Manager (CSM) at Schell Brothers youll have the opportunity to get to know your home buyers on a different level. They arent just “buying a home," its about creating a relationship to help them make one of the biggest decisions of their life. From planning community events to helping plan all your homes possibilities, being a CSM is one of the most diverse positions at Schell Brothers.

As a CSM, you are given the autonomy to run your model home as a business, generating traffic, creating a customer experience, along with relationships in the community with realtors and homeowners.

CSMs spend most of their time working from a well-appointed office located in one of our model homes. This position requires a 5-day work week, including 3 weekends a month and taking 2 alternate consecutive days off during the week. This role is 100% commission, with a strong earning potential.

Qualifications

Minimum of two years Residential production home selling experience.

Equivalent commissioned sales experience will be considered.

Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times.
