We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team full-time on-site in Troy, MI. This individual will oversee and execute a wide range of marketing activities, ensuring consistent brand visibility, strong customer engagement, and measurable results.
Responsibilities
Manage content scheduling and publishing across social media platforms (Instagram, X, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Develop compelling copy and engaging content for digital campaigns.
Lead in campaign rollout and monitor progress across key channels
Support menu management platforms including weekly updates to deals and product offerings
Provide regular performance reports with data-driven recommendations.
Conduct trend research and help identify relevant events or promotional opportunities
Support event execution, vendor coordination, and brand representation on-site
Collaborate with the creative and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
Oversee SEO strategy, including keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and backlink efforts.
Utilize Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, and Google Business to track performance, optimize campaigns, and generate actionable insights.
Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and social platforms.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
3+ years of marketing experience in digital marketing, content creation, or brand coordination.
Strong copywriting and communication skills with a knack for developing engaging and persuasive content.
Proven experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google Business, and SEO best practices.
Familiarity with cannabis industry platforms (Weedmaps, Dutchie) is a strong plus.
Skilled in project management with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Proficiency with marketing tools (social media schedulers, Canva, Google Suite; Adobe Creative Suite a plus).
Creative mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Event planning or coordination experience is highly desirable.
