The Media Producer is responsible for managing all media assets needed to support the Attorney. This includes identifying and producing video components that strengthen the client’s case through expert videography skills. The role involves planning and executing shoots, editing footage, and collaborating with the broader production team—such as graphics, animation, and audio specialists—to create compelling, high-quality media that aligns with case strategy and enhances outcomes. Key Responsibilities

Serve as the dedicated videographer for an assigned attorney, managing all media needs for their caseload. Identify and produce video components that strengthen client cases, leveraging creative storytelling and technical expertise. Plan and execute on-site and in-studio shoots, including camera operation, audio setup, lighting, and directing talent. Conduct interviews with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders to capture relevant content for case strategy. Perform post-production tasks such as editing, color correction, audio adjustments, and integrating graphics, motion graphics, and animations. Collaborate with the broader production team (graphics, animation, audio) to deliver high-quality multimedia assets. Ensure all video content meets brand standards, accessibility requirements, and is optimized for multiple platforms. Maintain an organized schedule of key dates and deliverables for attorney-assigned projects. Upload and archive videos in the media library, ensuring proper formatting and closed captioning. Operate cameras for live video feeds at events and schedule off-site shoots as needed. Travel to support case-related video production; maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience or, any combination of education and experience that is equivalent to it Demonstrated experience in the areas of videotape production, as well as a thorough knowledge of audio, video and multimedia hardware and software required Must be available to work a non-standard schedule to fulfill assigned duties and responsibilities Excellent analytical and organizational skills required Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively and collegially with both legal and marketing staff as required Demonstrated ability to work independently on multiple assignments and to work collaboratively within a team required Physical Requirements

Office environment with normal business hours necessary to satisfactorily perform job functions. Stationary Position – Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time. Move or Traverse – This position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, meeting rooms, office machinery, etc. May occasionally ascend/descend the stairs to get to other floors, cafeteria and parking area. Dexterity – constantly operates a computer and other office machinery such as a copy machine/printer. Move, Transport, Position, Put, Install, Remove - Occasionally moves supplies weighing up to 10 pounds for various presentation and event needs.
