Aquent is partnering with a global leader in robotics delivery to support the design of enterprise web applications that power supply chain, manufacturing, and productivity operations at scale. This team builds and modernizes internal and external-facing tools used by engineering, operations, suppliers, and manufacturing partners worldwide.

This is a hands‑on opportunity for a UX Designer who thrives in complex, systems‑driven environments and enjoys translating ambiguity into clear, intuitive user experiences. You’ll be designing practical, high‑impact web applications that support critical operational workflows — helping teams work smarter, faster, and more effectively.

This role is

fully onsite (5 days/week) in Austin, TX

and is a

contract engagement

with strong potential for extension.

What You’ll Do

Create detailed process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups to clearly define and communicate interaction behaviors across complex systems.

Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to shape requirements using usability findings, data, and established user-centered design principles.

Evaluate and improve new and existing features through usability testing and analysis of user behavior and analytics.

Present design work to UX peers, product teams, and leadership, incorporating feedback efficiently.

Contribute to UI design standards and best practices across enterprise web applications.

Help elevate UX quality and consistency across internal tools and platforms.

What You’ll Bring

3–6 years of experience designing UX solutions for

web‑based or enterprise software applications .

Strong experience translating complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.

Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma strongly preferred).

Solid understanding of information architecture, usability principles, and interaction design.

A

strong online portfolio

demonstrating UX process and problem‑solving (required).

Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to Have

Experience designing for enterprise systems, internal tools, or operational platforms.

Exposure to ERP, supply chain, manufacturing, or highly technical environments.

Comfort working in fast-paced, agile teams with evolving requirements.

Ability to prototype and iterate quickly in Figma.
