Multifamily Marketing Specialist

to support and elevate a strong apartment portfolio across

Minot and Williston, North Dakota . This is a highly visible role where your ideas, insights, and execution directly impact occupancy, revenue, and team success.

What You’ll Do You’ll own the marketing performance of your assigned apartment communities—strategizing, executing, and refining plans that increase traffic and maximize occupancy.

Your Impact Will Include:

Creating and executing custom, property‑level marketing strategies

Partnering with Regional Managers, Property Managers, and Leasing Teams to boost leasing performance

Analyzing market surveys, pricing, and occupancy trends to support rent growth and specials

Improving online reputation and digital presence across listings, reviews, and websites

Reviewing leasing calls and coaching teams to improve closing ratios

Training and mentoring leasing professionals using GraceHill, webinars, and eLearning tools

Managing digital channels including community websites, Craigslist, and social media

Conducting on‑site audits of leasing activity, Yardi data, and compliance

Delivering weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and marketing reports

Identifying regional trends and implementing creative, data‑driven solutions

Traveling regularly between Minot and Williston communities

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

1+ year of apartment leasing or property management experience

3+ years of marketing experience (multifamily or real estate strongly preferred)

Proven experience with digital marketing, social media, and online advertising

Strong communicator who can coach, influence, and present with confidence

Highly organized, analytical, and self‑directed

Comfortable traveling within North Dakota (Minot and Williston)

Positive, professional, and driven by results

$57,000–$62,000 salary (based on experience)
