Role Summary
Crisp Cannabis is seeking an energetic, professional, and reliable Brand Ambassador to support both retail and wholesale outreach efforts across Connecticut. This junior-level, field-based role focuses on in-market activation through dispensary pop-ups, retail events, wholesale account support, and brand activations. The Brand Ambassador will engage consumers and dispensary partners, increase brand visibility, support sell-through, and track performance against defined goals. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow within the cannabis industry and gain hands-on experience in brand building, retail engagement, wholesale support, and field marketing. Retail Responsibilities
Represent Let’s Burn at licensed dispensaries during pop-ups, in-store activations, and retail events Engage consumers using clear, compliant, and on-brand product messaging Educate customers on product features while remaining compliant with Connecticut cannabis regulations Support dispensary staff during activations to drive awareness, trial, and sell-through Collect store-level and consumer feedback to share with internal teams Wholesale Responsibilities
Support wholesale partners through account visits, brand education, and relationship-building Assist with product launches, menu placements, and wholesale-driven events Provide brand training and product knowledge support to dispensary staff Serve as a field-level brand representative to strengthen wholesale relationships Event Setup, Logistics & Execution
Transport, set up, staff, and break down pop-up tents, displays, and event materials Ensure all brand materials are presented professionally and compliantly Maintain inventory of event supplies and promotional materials Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track and report key performance metrics, including units sold during activations, customer interactions and engagement, store-level and wholesale partner feedback Submit accurate and timely post-event recap reports Work toward established weekly and monthly performance goals Professional Representation & Compliance
Act as a positive, professional extension of the Let’s Burn brand at all times Build and maintain strong working relationships with dispensary staff, managers, and wholesale partners Follow all Connecticut cannabis regulations, company policies, and compliance standards Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age or older Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to travel statewide to dispensaries and events across Connecticut Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable standing for extended periods and engaging with the public Ability to perform physical tasks related to transporting, setting up, and breaking down event materials Organized, dependable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Interest in cannabis, retail, or brand marketing Previous customer-facing, event, or tradeshow experience Familiarity with dispensary environments (preferred but not required) Physical Demands
This role requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events and activations. Candidates must be able to lift, carry, and transport event materials and equipment (up to approximately 50 lbs), set up and break down pop-up tents and displays, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
