The Social Media Manager will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of social content and campaigns across key platforms to grow audiences, deepen community engagement, and drive measurable e‑commerce revenue. This role blends creativity, data‑driven decision making, and hands‑on production, with a strong emphasis on storytelling, trend awareness, and cross‑functional collaboration.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan, schedule, and publish daily content across all social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging platforms) aligned with brand voice and objectives.

Develop and manage monthly social content calendars that incorporate content pillars, product launches, brand campaigns, retail initiatives, collaborations, social‑first concepts, and influencer partnerships.

Collaborate closely with digital marketing, communications, e‑commerce, and merchandising to ensure social strategies support broader marketing and business goals.

Actively monitor, moderate, and engage with the social community, responding to comments and messages and fostering a positive, on‑brand presence.

Support and amplify key events, collaborations, and campaigns through real‑time content coverage, live posting, and post‑event recaps.

Partner with creative, styling, and production teams to brief, concept, and execute content that is optimized for each platform and format (feed, Reels, Stories, TikTok, etc.).

Own social content production workflows.

Lead pre‑production planning, including content shot lists, storyboards, and creative decks.

Coordinate logistics for shoots, including product pulls, props, and location needs.

Attend shoots to oversee capture for social, guide content creators, and ensure delivery of all required assets.

Continuously analyze performance data (reach, engagement, conversion, traffic, audience growth) and translate insights into clear recommendations and optimizations.

Prepare regular reports and updates for leadership, highlighting key wins, learnings, and proposed next steps.

Stay on top of social trends, cultural moments, platform updates, and emerging creators; proactively identify opportunities to test new content formats and ideas.

Maintain and evolve social brand guidelines, ensuring visual and verbal consistency across all channels.

Manage relationships with influencers, creators, and external partners as needed, including briefing, content review, and performance tracking.

QUALIFICATIONS

4+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field, preferably within fashion, retail, lifestyle, or consumer brands.

Proven track record of building and engaging social communities and driving measurable results (traffic, conversions, or revenue) through social content.

Deep, hands‑on knowledge of major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.) and their best practices, tools, and analytics.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and apply insights to optimize content and strategy.

Conceptual and creative thinking skills, with an eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and brand‑building.

Excellent writing and editing abilities; able to craft captions, hooks, and narratives that are concise, compelling, and on brand.

Comfortable presenting ideas, reports, and creative concepts to stakeholders at various levels.

Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Experience collaborating with creative teams, photographers, stylists, and/or content creators on shoots and content production.

Self‑starter with a solution‑oriented mindset, resourceful, and adaptable to changing priorities and trends.
