The Digital Marketing Specialist supports Civitech’s online presence by maintaining our websites, building landing pages, and executing email campaigns. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems and making digital experiences work smoothly. Manage and update Civitech’s websites built on WordPress/Elementor. Build new web pages and landing pages (Unbounce) to support marketing initiatives and product launches. Apply HTML, CSS, and JavaScript updates as needed to enhance site functionality and user experience. Monitor website performance, accessibility, and reliability and partner with external developers when necessary. Implement SEO and AEO best practices to improve search visibility and organic traffic. Email Marketing and CRM Support

Build, schedule, and deploy email campaigns in HubSpot. Create email templates and ensure brand, accessibility, and mobile formatting standards are met. Support audience list segmentation and basic workflow updates under the direction of the Marketing team leadership. Track performance metrics and recommend content optimizations based on opens, clicks, engagement, and conversion signals. Digital Infrastructure and Collaboration

Civitech’s web ecosystem. Support UTM tracking, landing page publishing, and digital campaign QA across marketing initiatives. Collaborate closely with team members to develop digital sales and marketing assets. Contribute ideas to improve user experience and digital storytelling and identify opportunities to streamline processes. About You

One or more years of professional experience working in digital marketing, web management, or a related field. Familiarity with WordPress, Elementor, and Unbounce. Technical or strong interest in learning more technical capabilities over time. Basic proficiency with HTML, CSS, and JS. Solid understanding of SEO/AEO fundamentals and how to apply them in website and content updates. Experience building or supporting email campaigns in HubSpot or similar platforms. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Clear communicator and collaborative teammate who enjoys problem solving and continuous improvement. The Digital Marketing Specialist is part of Civitech’s Marketing team, responsible for increasing awareness, engagement, and trust across all Civitech brands. This role focuses on maintaining and improving Civitech’s websites and digital properties while supporting email marketing and audience engagement efforts. The Digital Marketing Specialist partners with design, content, product, and marketing leadership to ensure that web updates, email campaigns, and digital experiences are accurate, accessible, and aligned with campaign goals and brand priorities. This position reports to the VP of Marketing. It does not manage direct reports. Civitech is not able to provide visa sponsorship at this time.
