We specialize in retirement planning, investment management, and business planning for high-net-worth clients and business owners. What makes us different is that we are an independent investment firm that offers unique investment options that many other firms do not offer including Alternative Investments, Private Real Estate portfolios and access to world class Institutional Managers.
Duties and Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and attend seminars, webinars, classes, and client events in and around Fort Worth
Confirm and schedule event attendees using provided scripts and schedule complimentary consultations
Introduce speakers, manage logistics, and resolve issues during live events
Engage with attendees, build rapport, and support conversion of attendees into scheduled prospects
Process post event evaluations, input data into CRM systems, and track weekly KPIs
Manage a high-volume event calendar of 150 plus events annually
Photograph events and post event content and engagement to social media
Post and monitor event promotions on social media platforms
Job Requirements
3+ years of experience in event planning, hospitality, or marketing
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and solve problems under pressure
Willing to report onsite to ensure events success
Outgoing and client-focused demeanor with professional presentation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM software, and social media platforms/channels
Flexible availability for evening and occasional weekend events
Schedule:
Part-time | Amenable to work onsite on Tuesdays & Thursdays and Fridays as well as 3 weekends per year | Willing to work in a hybrid arrangement
