
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing and supporting marketing initiatives for Norlee Group across digital, web, email, and event-based channels. This role focuses on the implementation of defined marketing campaigns, coordination of trade shows and events, development and maintenance of marketing content, execution of email and CRM-based campaigns through HubSpot, and tracking and reporting of marketing performance metrics. The Marketing Specialist works under the direction of the Director of Marketing and collaborates with internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on time, on brand, and aligned with established goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Execute assigned marketing campaigns across digital, email, web, and event channels in alignment with established marketing strategies. Coordinate and support trade shows, conferences, and marketing events representing Norlee Group and its operating companies, including logistics, timelines, vendor coordination, registration tracking, and on-site collateral. Maintain and manage the marketing calendar to ensure campaign deliverables, events, and content deadlines are met. Develop, edit, and update marketing content for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, press releases, social media channels, and internal communications. Execute and manage email marketing campaigns using HubSpot, including list segmentation, lead generation, template setup, scheduling, workflows, and basic automation. Support CRM administration in HubSpot by maintaining contact data integrity, assisting with lead lifecycle stages, and tracking campaign attribution. Assist with the creation and maintenance of marketing assets such as presentations, sales collateral, case studies, one-pagers, and event materials. Perform basic graphic design tasks using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite to support marketing initiatives. Manage routine website updates through the company CMS and assist with SEO best practices, including keyword optimization, metadata updates, and content refreshes. Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics including email engagement, website traffic, campaign results, and lead activity. Prepare dashboards and summary reports for marketing leadership to support performance reviews and decision-making. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather content, approvals, and feedback required to execute marketing initiatives. Support vendor and agency coordination by tracking deliverables, timelines, and project materials. Maintain organized records of marketing assets, templates, and campaign documentation. Stay current on marketing tools, trends, and best practices relevant to digital marketing, CRM platforms, and content execution. Perform other duties as assigned. Communicates Effectively:

The ability to read and interpret marketing briefs, brand guidelines, and performance reports is essential. Mathematical Skills:
Basic mathematical skills are required, including the ability to work with percentages, ratios, and performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and lead tracking data. Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient with Microsoft Office 365 tools including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint. Experience with HubSpot CRM, email marketing platforms, content management systems (CMS), website analytics tools, and graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is required.
