Key Responsibilities Content Creation and Production
Capture video and photo content on-site across warehouse, logistics, and office areas.
Produce short-form and long-form video content for platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
Assist with employee interviews, internal highlights, and storytelling projects.
Edit videos and photos to prepare them for publication.
Social Media and Digital Presence
Manage daily content posting across social platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
Maintain a consistent brand voice that reflects GTS values and mission.
Track engagement metrics and prepare simple updates for leadership.
Support the creation of social media calendars and campaign planning.
Communications and Coordination
Assist in writing captions, short articles, internal highlights, and marketing messages.
Support event coverage, milestone announcements, and team-focused content.
Help organize digital assets, creative files, and media libraries.
Work closely with leadership to capture and communicate meaningful messaging.
Cross-Department Collaboration
Partner with Operations, HR, Sales, and Leadership to gather stories and capture meaningful content.
Support marketing needs for recruiting, company culture, customer communication, and external updates.
Participate in special projects related to branding, visibility, and company growth.
Qualifications Experience
Prior experience in content creation, video editing, or social media management preferred but not required.
Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.
Skills
Ability to film and edit video content using phones, cameras, or editing software.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling.
Comfortable capturing content inside active warehouse environments.
Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
