Paid Media Specialist About the job LOCOMOTIVE Agency’s award-winning paid media team is looking for a fully remote Paid Media Specialist.
LOCOMOTIVE is a full-funnel marketing agency that builds predictable demand engines for B2B SaaS companies. We partner with growth and revenue teams to design and operate full-funnel acquisition programs using paid media, SEO, content, CRO, and analytics. You will support the senior paid media lead in executing LOCOMOTIVE’s paid media offering: full-funnel strategy, channel execution, experimentation, and measurement for B2B SaaS clients. This role is hands‑on and client‑facing, focused on turning data and testing into scalable acquisition programs that align with sales and revenue goals.

About the Paid Media Specialist position Responsibilities:
Build, launch, and optimize multi‑channel paid campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and programmatic where applicable
Manage budget pacing, bidding strategies, and forecasting to meet KPIs and delivery targets
Translate client business objectives into channel strategies, audience segmentation, funnel KPIs, and repeatable playbooks
Supports senior paid media lead with planning, developing, and implementing comprehensive paid media strategies to increase brand visibility and recognition to drive new user acquisition, leads, and or purchases
Assists with brand and website audits to understand our clients’ key value proposition, core products, brand aesthetic, and identify opportunities to successfully market them and make them stand out in the marketplace
Collaborates with internal marketing teams to align paid media strategies with overall marketing and business objectives
Compiles daily, weekly, monthly, and lifetime reports with key performance metrics in Looker Studio & Google Sheets to quantify results and communicate findings and insights to the client
Design and execute experimentation roadmaps for creative, audience, and landing page tests
Implement, QA, and troubleshoot tracking (GTM, pixels, GA4) and support attribution improvements
Develops ad copy for Google, Microsoft (Bing), LinkedIn, Meta campaigns with the ultimate objective of generating action, interest, and/or engagement from the targeted audience
Produce client‑ready reports and dashboards in Looker Studio/Google Data Studio and present actionable insights
Collaborate with strategy, content, CRO, and analytics teams to align creative, landing pages, and offers with paid efforts
Monitor industry trends and recommend new channels, tactics, and automation where appropriate
Who You Are:
An industry expert with knowledge of paid search and paid social channel management (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads etc.),
Equal parts competitive and curious – a true problem solver, with a high agency mindset
Analytical thinking with strong math skills
Use information, data, and resources to proactively identify and solve problems to get the job done
Stellar organizational skills with an eye for detail
Diligent work habits and ability to meet deadlines; ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
Cross‑functional collaboration and client‑facing communication
Eagerness to learn new strategies to effectively manage paid media and client expectations.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of paid media, demand generation, or digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency environment
Proven B2B SaaS paid media experience with understanding of sales cycles and ICPs
Experience managing sizable budgets ($100k–$1M+ per month across accounts)
Demonstrated problem‑solving capabilities in a client‑facing role
Professional and respectful demeanor in dealing with internal and external business partners
Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting performance data and making optimization recommendations
Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads
Preferred qualifications
Experience in Google Tag Manager implementing conversion tracking preferred,
Extensive working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
Experience with CRO frameworks, experimentation tools, and WordPress
Benefits include:
Salary ranges from $60,000–$75,000 per year, depending on experience
