Overview

Identify and build relationships with local KOLs, influencers, communities, projects, and other potential partners to promote Bitget in the local market and achieve user and trading volume growth. As a representative of Bitget, maintain strong relationships with KOLs and marketing channels to ensure long-term collaboration. Manage and track the execution and performance of KOL marketing strategies, making adjustments to ensure optimal performance and maximum ROI. Stay informed on local industry trends, developments, and competitor activities, and adapt strategies accordingly. Organize and participate in offline events, including meetups, community gatherings, and industry activities, to support KOL collaboration and drive trading growth. What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s degree or above. Good understanding of the European KOL ecosystem. Professional working proficiency in English. Native or fluent German proficiency and experience in German-speaking markets (DACH) are a strong plus. 2-5 years of experience in KOL business development, affiliate marketing, trading growth, or related roles (experience in Crypto, Fintech, or Traditional Finance is beneficial). Hands-on experience with crypto trading (spot, derivatives, or copy trading), with a solid understanding of how crypto exchanges function. Proven ability to drive real trading volume via KOLs or growth partnerships. Results-driven mindset with the ability to work towards clear, volume-based performance targets.
